Highland Fall

Pop Punk, Alternative, Rock | Jefferson City, Missouri
Myspace Header, 2009

Highland Fall began in June, 2008, with the members of A War In May collaborating with singer Nick Bacon. The group was thrown together to compete in the Crossover Music Festival's National Talent Search regional competition. Songs for the competition were written in a week by guitarist Tyler Long, drummer Blake Maples, and singer Nick Bacon and won the contest for the band. At the national showcase that fall, Highland Fall was beat out for the contract with Sony / Essential Records, but considered it a blessing in disguise, and a chance to find something more suitable to their style and beliefs. The 5-piece returned with major contacts, support, and information that has served as the driving force in what would become a major influence in pressing the band to what is now another writing process, as well as booking shows, and getting ready to record their first official E.P.! After being together a mere 4 months, Highland Fall has already been recognized on a national level, and has established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry, Christian and Secular scenes alike!

Highland Fall later changed their name to The Endless Summer in 2011. You can find The Endless Summer HERE.
